What is the cost to participate in Your Digital Words and what do I receive when I become a member?
Registration is $45. Monthly library subscription is $45

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Alertpay and Ezybonds.
Can I join for free?
No, only paid and activated members will be added to the matrix system.
Do you offer refunds?
No. You are purchasing Digital Web Books valued at a minimum of $200.00 with your Paid Membership. If you decide not to use your Digital Web Books, you are not entitled to a refund.
I am not under the correct sponsor - how do I get moved under them?
When you sign up your sponsor's ID is in clear view on the join page. Then a warning box pops up to double check that you are signing under the correct sponsor.
Once upgraded to paid status, we cannot move anyone.
Compensation:
When do you pay commissions?
Commissions are paid on the 1st and 15th of each month.
Commissions from subscriptions due from the 1st to the 15th will be paid on the 1st of the following month.
Commissions from subscriptions due from the 16th to the 31st will be paid on the 15th of the following month.
Do I have to request my commissions to be paid?
No. Payments are automatic.
Minimum payout is $5
Once you have residuals due, the funds will automatically be sent to _________that you have on the next payrun.
What is the minimum balance I must have before I receive a payment?
The company has a $5minimum balance for automatic payouts.
Am I allowed to have multiple positions or matrices?
No. Each member may have one position in the matrix.
How long before I can start earning money?
You can start earning as soon as you sign up.
You will receive your affiliate link, all the professional banner ads, text ads, and other promotional resources you will need to refer customers and affiliates immediately.
Do I have to sponsor people to make money with Your Digital Words?
Yes. Your Digital Words is a business, and like any business it requires growth in order to succeed.
The good news is –each member only needs to introduce a minimum of 2 new members who will do the same.
We believe that teamwork and working with your new members to help them invite and sponsor more is the best way to succeed. When each member sponsors only 2 others it leads to a healthy residual income over time.
Will I be paid commission on all members in my 2x12 matrix?
Members are paid commissions on all subscribed members in the 2x12.
Unsubscribed members will be compressed out after a 3 month period.

Marketing:
Does Your Digital Words provide marketing materials for members?
Yes, there is an extensive marketing section in the back office.
Members have access to banners, landing pages, e-mails and more.
Digital Web Books:
Will I receive new Digital Web Books every month?
Subscribed members will receive 5 new digital web books every month, so it is important that you maintain your monthly subscription to receive product and to be eligible for residual monthly residual income.
What methods can I use to send digital web books to friends?
If you are using the Email button from within any of the DWBs to send out to someone it automatically sends a paragraph at the bottom telling the recipient they need to download a plugin.
If you are using another email program and sending any of the DWBs as an attachment then you need to include the paragraph about the reader yourself. Once they install the reader they will have no problem reading the files you send them.
Here is the paragraph to enclose when sending as an attachment:
Please note that if you can not view the attached file you should download the Digital Web Book plug-in/viewer from www.DigitalWebBooks.com/reader When prompted, either 'Open' or 'Run from current location'. The plug-in/viewer will be automatically installed on opening. Click on the close button to exit.
What do I do if my DWB won’t open?
Follow these steps if your DWB won't open.
1. Delete any DW Book (of the same name) that you have on your hard drive now
2. Go back to your back office and go to the DWB page found under PRODUCTS on the right of the page.
3. Click ---- “Click here now to begin the installation of the reader”. Save the file to your computer and then click Run.
You will see a congratulations screen, simply click on the close button below it - and you are DONE! You can now save any dnl Digital Web Book to your computer and double click on it to open.
4. Click on one of the books to download it to a folder on your hard drive
5. When you go to your folder and click the book, it should open for you.
Why won’t my DWB save the changes when I edit?
If your book is not saving there are 2 things to check.
(A) Right click on the publication, choose properties and ensure that the Read Only and or Archive buttons are not ticked. If they are, untick them, click APPLY and then OK and you will then be able to save changes to the publications.
(B) If the buttons are not ticked, and the book is still not saving, ensure the correct steps were followed -
1. download to your hard drive
2. rename on your hard drive
3. open the book and click edit to make changes
4. click save book (it will tell you its already saved and do you want to replace it – click yes)
5. when you re-open it from your hard drive the changes should be there.
Can I download the reader with a Mac?
DNL Digital Web Books will work on Mac OSX 10.4 or later for Intel processors.
The Mac DNL reader requires X11 and Wine to be installed. These additional applications are downloaded and installed automatically by the Mac DNL reader installer (if they are not already installed). If you have OSX 10.5, X11 is already installed. Please note: if your eBook contains multi-media then additional plugins, e.g. flash and windows media player, may be required to be installed or they will not play back correctly.
If the reader will not install with the link on the product page of the back office - mac users can use www.DigitalWebBooks.com/reader
If Wine is installed and the dnl reader will still not work properly to open the DWB books, mac users will have to have PC Emulation software such as crossover installed
What can I do to read the books on my mac?
Many members are using their Mac and have successfully been able to download the reader and open the Digital Web Books.
If you are having problems viewing the books on a mac, there is a series of steps to follow.
1. Make sure the correct software is installed on the Mac such as X11 and Wine (see FAQ on requirements for a mac)
2. Ensure you have successfully managed to download the reader and install it on the Mac machine to the point were a message pops up and says congratulations. You will not be able to read our publications without the reader, and not being able to install the reader is a totally different issue from not being able to download a DWB.
3. If the link on the product to download the reader does not successfully download on your mac - use this link - www.DigitalWebBooks.com/reader
3. Raise a support ticket with detailed information. eg: the version of the Mac software you are using, how old the Mac is - Do you have both X11 and Wine installed on your machine - and a precise description of what is happening with error messages. The more information you send in a support ticket, the easier it is correct the problem.
Why can't I view YouTube videos in the DWBs on my mac?
To view YouTube videos embedded in the Digital Web Books on a Mac you will need to first install the flash plug-in.
